- Original Source Chen Family TaiJi (Tai Chi) - Chen family taiji (tai chi) is considered the mother of all formal styles of such as Yang, Sun, and Wu. Chen contains the full essence of Taiji (Tai Chi) as intended.
- Zhan Zhuang - Standing Post - Learn to find stillness and quiet your mind, developing a deeper connection to your body's natural alignment and energetic flow.
- ChanSiGong - Silk Reeling - Explore graceful, spiraling movements that gently unwind tension, improve coordination, and build foundational strength for all Taiji forms.
- LaoJiaYiLu - Old Frame First Road -This form contains the starting postures that we will be giving focus.
