What to Expect:

  • Warm-Up (10 min): Get your body moving and ready to practice.
  • Standing Meditation & Silk Reeling (20-30 min): Build balance, mindfulness, and internal energy.
  • Postures & Movement Practice (20-30 min): Learn key Taiji movements to develop strength, flexibility, and flow.

Thursday Push Hands:

  • Warm-Up (10 min): Get your body moving and ready to practice.
  • Sensitivity/Application Drills (20 min): Understand your movement and structure along with your partners.
  • Movement Practice (30 min): Chance to apply drills and practice with others.
