Come join us for class Thursdays from 6-7pm at the Far East Center.

Running 8 weeks long beginning July 11th. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.

• 20-30min warm-up and fundamentals
• 30-40min Laojia sequence work

Don't be discouraged if you miss a class; the beauty of LaoJiaYiLu lies in its repetition. You'll naturally encounter missed movements later on, and our instructors are always available to answer your questions. Remember, mastering the fundamentals is the cornerstone of a strong and stable Taiji practice, and this class is your springboard to a lifetime of learning and growth.
